European Health Forum Gastein 2021: Think Brain Health Global session confirmed!

We are delighted to be running a session at this year’s European Health Forum Gastein’s annual health policy conference. Our virtual session is on Monday 27 September 19:00 CET and its title is:

Brain health: time to act
Rising to the challenge of a forgotten pandemic

This session addresses the necessity of communicating the risk of brain disease to people during the ‘window of opportunity’ in mid-life and supporting them in leading a brain-healthy lifestyle to improve outcomes in later life. From the management of those at risk of developing neurodegenerative disease to patient experience, it shines a light on the importance of healthy brain lifestyles.

We have a fantastic line up of speakers including our Chair of Think Brain Health Global Dr Alastair Noyce, Steering Committee members Ruth Trout and Prof Wiesje van der Flier, as well as former neurologist and author Dr Daniel Gibbs and European health policy expert Paweł Świeboda. We are also delighted to have Anya Sitaram moderating this event for us.

Register today and join us to discuss how to increase public understanding of brain disease prevention and share in the message that “what’s good for the heart is good for the brain.”
